What is AutoShip?
AutoShip is a subscription service that allows you to receive your TanTowel orders automatically. You don’t have to re-order products as they are automatically sent to you every 30 days or 60 days, whichever you prefer. All AutoShip orders automatically receive a 25% discount, so you can save money by automating your TanTowel orders!

Why should I sign up for AutoShip?
There are two main reasons to use AutoShip for your TanTowel orders: convenience and big savings. Every AutoShip order receives a 25% discount from our everyday retail prices and you never have to log on or call in to order new products.

What products can I get on AutoShip?
Your AutoShip subscription can be completely customized. Your order can be any combination of products that we sell through our website. Just go through checkout as you normally would, select the AutoShip option (on the “Shipping Options” page), choose 30 or 60 days, and receive your discount! It’s that easy!

Are there any setup fees?
There are no setup or cancellation fees…only huge savings!

How does the AutoShip billing work?
We will use your billing information from the initial order you make with us when you setup your AutoShip subscription and charge your credit card on the same day of each month. We ship your order the same day your credit card is charged.

How do I sign up for AutoShip?
You can sign up for AutoShip during the checkout process. Simply select the products you would like to put on AutoShip by adding them to your Shopping Cart. Click the “Checkout” button in your Shopping Cart and proceed through the checkout process. On the Shipping Information page, you will have the option to set up a 30-day or 60-day AutoShip subscription. Be sure to place the appropriate code in the discount code box on that page.
